Who we are

Makai Painting & Residential Rehab LLC (Oregon CCB #192776), Coos Bay, Oregon, runs this website. This notice covers what the site collects and what happens to it.

What we collect

What you type into the estimate or work order form: your name, phone, email, business name, the job address, details about the job, your timeline and budget, unit and access notes, and any photos you add.

Basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, which our host Cloudflare processes to deliver the site and block attacks.

Where it goes

Your request goes to our office by email so we can call you back and give you an estimate. The website does not keep a copy.

The email is sent through Resend, our email service, which handles the message only to deliver it. If you tick "Email me a confirmation", Resend also sends you one email with your reference number.

Before a form sends, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a program, is sending it. It sees technical data such as your IP address and browser, not your answers.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent your information. This site has no advertising trackers and no social media pixels, and it sets no cookies.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your estimate, your job and our business records.

Your choices

You can ask what we have from this website, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
